– Fear. Fake evidence appearing real. Most of the time, the fear we feel isn’t warranted but we let it consume our thoughts and intensify! Our bodies can distinguish fake vs. real fear so we get paralyzed by fear.
– Poor self image… the only way to improve your self image is through action and taking the first step!
– No buy in… if you’re not bought into your goal, then there was no point in setting the goal in the first place.
– Don’t know how… this is another one we constantly hear. “I want to lose weight but I don’t know the best way” “I want to build muscle but I don’t know how” and so on and so forth. You probably didn’t know everything (or anything really) when you started out, but you can learn through working a coach and trial and error. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, it doesn’t make you vulnerable it makes you strong.
