You probably see it all the time on Instagram and other social media platforms about pointless motivational quotes and content, and it’s easy to be “tone deaf” to this type of information because it’s something that’s cliché at this point!

But you see it all the time for a reason.

It’s too true.

Before some of us was hyperfocused on growth, we may think personal development content and materials were a scam.

“There’s no way this SIMPLE concept can change my life”

“This won’t work”

We would even laugh at some of the things we saw.

Still, some of the most basic sayings, contain the most profound wisdom. Don’t overcomplicate personal growth!
