Social media can be a lie, sometimes.

Social media can be a lie, sometimes.

You can look at a picture like this, thinking that person is strong, happy, and feeling great, but maybe we don’t know the whole story.

The truth is almost everyone we know is struggling, one way or another.

When we make a difficult life decision, and we stare at the consequences of that decision dead in the face, we canā€™t help but feel overwhelmed by a crippling level of pain and fear.

Because we have no idea whatā€™s coming next.

All we know is that itā€™s the decisions that brought us here, and itā€™s all on ourselves as to how we move forward.

To blame or focus on anything external would be foolish.

Itā€™s during times like these that we have to dig deep within ourselves.

We have to remember our why or re-define it if necessary.

We have to remind ourselves of who weā€™re trying to become and what we think the highest level of ourselves looks like, then align our actions with that vision.

This is a reminder to embrace your vulnerability.

Emotions such as pain, fear, and frustration can fuel the next chapter of your life.

Use them, donā€™t let them use you.
