Your Fitness Journey Should Not Be A Competition With Others

The relationship we’ve built with fitness is one that is, for the most part, unwavering (albeit bumpy at times). 

All in all, a fitness journey should never be a competition for you. 

To live a healthy lifestyle and keep up with your fitness goal, you should not have to jump into a show or a powerlifting meet, nor should you feel the need to compare yourself with a fitness influencer, or strictly regulate your programming or strictly regiment your diet. 

But keep one thing constant: go, and go again. You should keep going, and always do it on your terms. You can take the time, experimented with different means of training, listened to your body patiently and figured out what it enjoyed and what it didn’t.

Step through the doors, put in the work, repeat, and learn along the way.
