The Key is To Find A Balance

We’ve been told that exercise is the quick fix to weight loss and happiness. And well it just isn’t that simple. Yes exercise is crucial. And movement is a must! But learning to listen to your body needs to come first. 

We have become a society of adrenaline and stress addicts. Where no pain no gain rule and first in last out mentality is supposed to be some badge of honour and toughness! Well it’s not. It’s just like anything else!

If you don’t have an abundance you can’t give away and the same goes for your energy. Now we all know that exercise is crucial for health and wellness and longevity. But finding the right balance is a must. 

If you need that energy drink or coffee to get you through your workout you’re doing it wrong. There are so many ways to workout. 

The key is to find something you love. 

It doesn’t have to be the gym or marathon running. It may be dance or yoga. And guess what that’s fine.

Just find a healthy balance. Do a little of everything. But for a healthy body just start moving. And pay close attention and master the other doctors to let you know when you can turn it up a little more or maybe you need a day off!

Listen to your body. You body seeks homeostasis and balance.
