Little Achievement is Big Achievement

We like things to be “easy.”

The problem with that, is that it keeps us stagnant. If we only choose the easy way, we are going to stay stuck until something painful happens in our life and we are forced to change and adapt or die.

For example, when we are grown, we take riding a bicycle for granted, having forgotten how hard you worked as a child just to get from constantly failing to be able to ride a bicycle automatically.

If you are tired of putting out effort and not seeing any growth, then it’s time to accept the pain of failing and pick yourself up to find the growth you want.

We’ve all been there – working hard to get healthy, only seeming to keep our head above water. Let’s try not to quit and focus on the little achievement as a motivation to keep on going instead.
