Why do we workout?
For some of us, physical exercise is something that has been engrained into our lives from a very early age. With many athletes and sport figures, and fitness influencers nowadays being the main example we can learn from.
For the many others. The reason we workout boils down to a few factors
– to have a sense of accomplishment and outer appearance of a strong work ethic; as well as just look good for a boost of confidence
– a good hobby that we can do in my spare time and something Iām able to progress in.
– stress relief from daily life
Overall thatās pretty much sum it up. Over time you may noticed that going to the gym is something thatās just been engrained in your life at this point.
And after a while, no matter what the day or circumstance, itās rare that you want to miss a scheduled workout.
