Watch what you consume

Since you want to become the best version of yourself, you should focus or pay attention to something called mental dieting.

That means watching very little tv, never watching the news, reading the newspaper, or anything like that.

And even when it comes to social media, you need to be extra careful about the content you’re exposed to and the messages that you see.

Why?

– Because thereā€™s so much crap out there and you donā€™t want it to affect you!!

– 9 out of every 10 news stories is negative.

– Many tv shows, besides being pure entertainment, donā€™t fill your brain up with knowledge and value.

– Wrong newspapers are a waste of your time.

The philosophy is quite simple: ā€œif there really is news that is so important, it will come to you.ā€ Youā€™ll have a friend or family member tell me about it or see it on someoneā€™s ig story.

Therefore, you donā€™t need to actively seek out information thatā€™s going to fill your head up with doubt, fear, or any other variation of negativity.

You should try to:

– Read books on success principles and mindset/productivity hacks.

– Listen to podcasts that spark your creativity and build your desire and dream 🔥 🔥 🔥

Your goals are too BIG to be wasting precious time on Keeping Up With The Kardashians!

Be careful about what information, media sources, etc you consume because if they are negative (and most likely they are to get clicks😉) youā€™ll continue to be negative via the osmosis effect.
