💪🏻TIPS To Develop BETTER MUSCLE and Become A Buff Guy💪🏻

  1. Lift a lot of weights: You want to lift more than 90% reps 2 to 6 reps with GOOD form max. Also recommend doing lots of compound exercises. I know that to some this may seem obvious, but I know a lot of people who don’t lift anything close to 90%, even though they think so.
  2. Record: record what you did and how it felt. For example, 50 kg press, 3 sets x 5 repetitions, feels too light. You can use this information to implement progressive overloading. This is when you increase the difficulty in the next exercise, for example adding weight/reps.
  3. Lift explosively: power = speed x force, so strength training will increase your strength. I recommend trying this with a lighter weight (around 65% of your 1rpm). Control your path before it explodes, maintaining perfect form, as with a press chair, bringing the bar slowly toward your chest before pulling it quickly.
  4. Equipment: things like lifting belts, gloves, etc. It may be a good idea to look for equipment that can be used to increase lift while keeping your body protected. Attach stickers, chalk, and a belt for the deadlift.
Hope this works!
