In life, thereās always a new goal for you, the next milestone, or something else to improve.
Itās not necessarily a bad thing, but too much focus here can make it feel like youāre eating without ever feeling full. Where does it end?
– Thereās always another level.
– Thereās always another goal to accomplish.
– Thereās always more we can be doing.
Today, let’s remember the life we are living now is one we probably dreamed of years ago, and that would give us an immense feeling of gratitude.
This gratitude allowed us to feel satiated again.
It reminded us we need to appreciate every little milestone along the way, or we wonāt enjoy the next big one.
