Don’t Over-Think

There’s so many things to do each day, so many people, social media posts popping in and out, that you’re letting perfectionism creep in and it’s holding you back from getting things done at your fitness plan.

Is this the best time to exercise? No. 

But it does gets the goal accomplished. It’s better than not exercising at all.

Stop wasting time wondering if this will work, if that or if it’s the “perfect” moment and just do it.

That’s it, that’s the point.

So, stop overthinking your plan and start doing it.
