Do We Know?

Many times, a lot of us complain, about our fitness, about our health, about our habits.

That’s usual but deep down inside, most of us exactly know what we would have to do to change, to improve our life. The quality of our life, our fitness, health and habits. 

We know they have to stop eating junk and start eating clean food. We know we have to turn off the TV and start hitting the gym.

The problem is, people aren’t stupid, maybe we are just afraid of changes and the expectations of other’s and our own. 

If we start hitting the gym we have to stay on it, if we get healthier we have to maintain it, and most people, including us, are rather lazy and complaining than working and proud.
