DIGITAL DETOX

TGIF! Hope everyone is getting what they need to get done this week and being productive. 

Quick question, have you ever come across the term digital detox?

According to wikipedia: Digital detox refers to a period of time when a person voluntarily refrains from using digital devices such as smartphones, computers, and social media platforms. [1]

This weekend, let’s try something new, by taking a break from social media and posting for a couple of hours, each day. While we all love spending time browsing and posting on social media, too much of a good thing may turn out not very good after all. And itā€™s always nice to get a break from always being in the mindset of consumption.

Let’s encourage ourselves and everyone to catch a break from the screen to focus on whatā€™s in front of us in real life every now and again. Have a great weekend!
