1. Try to improve yourself.
No significant achievement can happen in a day. It’s the result of some gradual, day-by-day effort. Stay open minded to learn new things at all times. If you can enhance your health, finance, skills, by improving yourself by 1% every day, significant things can happen in 12 months.

2. Remember that the weaknesses are strength
Failure is temporary. If it doesn’t work anymore, change what you do and the results can change. Don’t worry if something goes wrong.

4. Be serious with your money, but not that serious with money.
Do your best to avoid debt. And money is important, but also not that critical – remember to work and save money for a minimum 6 months runway, especially now during this pandemic. Focus on your lifestyle and living independently.
5. Sleep 8 hours a day.
Sleep is just as important as food or physical activities. Lack of sleep can kill your brain. It may take 8 hours – 10 hours or more, for intense strength training recovery.
6. Improve your skills.
Focus on college knowledge and work experience. There is no reason to stop after graduation. It is important to provide results to the companies and people you work for. You can learn and utilize powerful skills such as writing, sales and advertising. After 5 years of hard work with accumulated experience, you no longer have to worry about money.
7. Spend as much time as possible in nature (e.g. go to a park)
Time spent in nature is one of the best ways to relax and release stress. We are not evolved to live forever in a box. Deep forests, beaches and mountains are some of the natural places you can easily visit to enjoy a breath of fresh air. Try to spend 60 minutes every week in nature and it will be good for your soul.
8. Donāt Watch Porn (or Reduce the time)
Invest in your real relationship instead, Porn can be a waste of time, especially when you spend hours and hours every day shooting one out in your room alone.

9. Lift heavy weights or other forms of exercise 3-5 times a week.
Exercise by going to the gym often helps you sleep better, look better, and provide more energy and boost your confidence.
