Time For Yourself
Be proactive this week!
With so many distractions present, you need YOU.
From scrolling through social media endlessly, to birthdays, to travel, to your BUSY work schedule, to maintaining relationships with friends/family, it can be easy to think you donāt have time to work-on your health.
Youāve probably been there before.
Justifying as to why itās okay that you let health be an afterthought. Why itās okay to put it on the backburner.
The problem is this: it almost never ends well. You will continue to spiral, become more stressed out, and fall off the bandwagon even more than we expected.
Sometimes it happens fast, sometimes it happens slowly but nonetheless – we regress and the cycle of getting in shape/losing your fit body/and wanting it back is a feedback loop we are stuck in.
Feeling āstuckā in that cycle is hard and emotionally draining.
Wouldnāt you rather be sustainably making progress week after week, month after month, year after year?
How would that change your confidence and energy levels, allowing you to show up more powerfully for yourself AND others?
The compound effect works both ways – the small things we DO or DONāT do have benefits or very real consequences.
Your growth begins with carving out your personal time – to focus on yourself. You donāt need to find time, you need to make time.
