As we get to the close of another weekend, it pays to take some time and evaluate how it went.
Often we get in the trap of looking for things that we should change without really acknowledging where things went right. One without the other is only half the story.
So this weekend, let’s start with recognizing and celebrating where things went right or better before we start listing out where to “improve.”
Did you skip that unhealthy snack? Did you get more workouts done than last week? Did you get more/better sleep?
Constant incremental improvement is what changes lives.
