Choose to be happy
It’s okay to want to change your body.
It’s not okay to think your happiness depends on that 6 packs abs or that big biceps.
You look in the mirror and don’t love what you see.
And it all reminds you: “I want to lose weight, change my body, and better myself.”
But what tends to happen is we let our body mean something it doesn’t mean.
A fit, muscular body with 6 packs abs is not a better body.
A 6 packs abs doesn’t fix your problems.
A muscular body doesn’t make you happier – trust me.
And if you’re sitting here, thinking that losing weight will solve your problems – it does but it also doesn’t!
It may make you look better to yourself – which is awesome! But you do not need that to be happy.
You do not need that to be fulfilled in life.
You can be happy and fulfilled RIGHT NOW.
We’ve gotta stop thinking that life and happiness starts when we reach our ideal weight.
That’s a lie. Life is happening RIGHT NOW.
You can be happy, and love life, WHILE you’re working on yourself.
Stop disqualifying yourself from the best days of your life just because you’re “not in shape enough”.
