Sleep is and should be looked at your bodies best recovery tool.
For many of us, sleep is a non negotiable tool to use. You gotta master it as soon as you can. Some tips to improve your sleep quality are:
- Set a sleep routine and stick to it all week.
- Avoid stimulants before bed and stay away from caffeine after 3pm
- Control your environment make it dark and cold
- Avoid blue light before bed
- Try magnesium, hot baths or saunas, breath work and or meditation to help you unwind.
