How To Practice Being Grateful?

Every day, for example, when you journal, ask yourself now: “what am I grateful for?“ and keep on writing down things that you can think of.

At first, the practice seemed a bit forced – kinda how it feels when we try anything new and you are adjusting to it. But when you’re in a rhythm and feel a whole lot more grounded due to this practice, it could put you into a high vibrational state.

What started as a short list of things to be grateful for is now a list full of blessings that keeps expanding daily.
