Never do anything tomorrow that should be done today.

This is something we should try to focus on more.

Being a busy full-time worker, and trying to live healthily and workout all at once can be tough.

Our typical daily schedule is usually pretty insane and there are a lot of to-dos. So if we constantly have the “I’ll do it tomorrow” mentality things stack up quick. 

Don’t get the one we freaking love what we do – but we have to stay as organized as possible and manage our time efficiently.
