Learn The How

Most of us have some idea of WHAT we need to do to get healthier. Lose weight, Exercise, Sleep, Etc.

However, where we have trouble is implementation. HOW do you achieve the what, and WHY does it matter. 

When you are missing one of these elements, you can’t achieve your goal, whatever it is, because goals require consistent forward motion, and without the know-how, you’ll never see results to motivate you to stay consistent – it is hard.

If you know the WHAT, then you should also learn the HOW. Read book, ask your friends or watch some youtube tutorial, etc. The opportunities to learn are always there, it’s the will to learn and to continue that count.
