BE HONEST with yourself

Be honest about the choices you make, about the food you eat, about how all of that makes you and your body feel.

But becoming honest about your health requires becoming AWARE of what your body is telling you.

Most of us have learned to drown out the signals from our body, so that the first sign we recognize can be too little too late.

The road to health requires that you learn to hear what your body is saying. This means that you can’t keep making unhealthy choices like eating junk food and donuts and cakes and swigging coffee all day.

Sometimes we say the truth hurts, and often the truth is painful, but it’s painful whether we acknowledge the truth or not.

Accepting the truth is the only way to heal the pain.
