Weekend and Cheat Meal

Overall having “cheat” meals isn’t the end of the world and doesn’t hinder your progress in the gym. 

In fact, many find it highly beneficial to be able to enjoy nights out with friends, being sociable when go eating out. 

Typically you can allow yourself 1-2 “cheat” meals per week to eat whatever you’d like, within limit… this enables you to enjoy foods that you may typically wouldn’t eat on a day to day basis and still maintain a lean physique.

So, don’t be too strict, keep things in moderate and enjoy your weekend!
