Some tips for the weekend:

✅ Be mindful of alcohol consumption. It’s a well-known fact and practice that you can drink in moderation, but don’t let 1-2 turn into 5-10. Alcohol has calories too.

✅ Wake up and get your exercise in. Not only is this a great way for you to get you sweat, but it will wake you up and free up your schedule the rest of the day.

✅ Stay hydrated. Water consumption should be a daily habit!

✅ Get outside and enjoy the fresh air. Most of the time we are sitting at a desk so we don’t get enough sun shine- let the weekend be your opportunity to get outside
