Set Realistic Expectation

Sometimes, we need to equate the level of work we’re willing to put in with our expectations.

It’s okay that we don’t need to be a pro athlete.

It’s okay that we don’t need to become a fitness model or a professional bodybuilder.

It’s also okay that you don’t want to wake up early and spend some extra hours working on your side business.

But we shouldn’t sit there complaining about why we can’t achieve something or why someone is “luckier” than us, when we aren’t willing to pay the price.
