Did you know that inactivity can make your brain lazy, too?
Long periods of sitting causes us to hold our breath as we type or engage with our devices, leading to lower oxygen in the body, creating cloudy thoughts, fatigue and poor focus.
So, let this be your reminder to squeeze in some movement each day and during the weekend. Even 30 minutes of walking can positively impact your mind!

Watch a sunrise or sunset
Drink plenty of water
Read a new book
Go for a daily walk
Check-in with your loved ones
