Focus on Your Goals

Which direction are you headed? In everything we do, we are going either towards our goal or away from our goal.

If your goal is to save money, buying new shoes takes you away from that goal.

If your goal is increase strength, a lack of sleep and nutrition will take you away from that goal.

If your goal is to express your love to someone, an argument over something petty will take you away from it.

Remind yourself hourly what your goal is, daily is not even enough!

Think in everything you do, does this action take me towards or away from my goal?!
